The Pheasant Hunter's Cookbook, written by GUN DOG contributor Jerry Thoms, is based on 35-plus years of preparing ringneck roosters and features 20 proven, tasty recipes that are "simple" (requiring about five common ingredients already found in your kitchen), "easy" (no more than 10 steps in preparation) and "quick" (20 minutes total time on average to produce a finished meal).
